I have just changed from a Samsung T3 tablet to a Vodacom Power Tab 10. The sound on the Vodacfom Tab is not nearly as good as on the Samsung (without headphones), and it seems as if there is no way to change the sound settings. Tone controls (Eq), stereo balance etc. The STEREO sound on my tablet is not even balanced. I'm getting more level from the right speaker than the left. Is there any way I can change this?

Hi. The Mobicel Cherry tablet model has been prone to premature failures looking at the number of reports we received. The easiest way out is to take it back to your retailer seen it is still under the 1 year warranty. You will need the receipt or warranty card for this however. Otherwise, you will need to turn it to your local repairs shop.

This is called FRP and you will either have to enter in the email and password you had used prior to the reset or you will need to download the firmware here http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/mobicel-vivo/ and flash it onto your Vivo. You will need access to a PC, otherwise, consider visiting your local phone repairs shop or see http://www.satechhelp.co.za/software-reloading
