Answered: how to hard reset the citrus brat phone since i forgot my password?

1. Turn off your Citrud Brat
2. While pressing the Vol up + Power button at the same time, Power up the device (until the Android and exclamation displays)
3. Using the Vol down keys to navigate through the manu, highlight the "wipe data/factory reset"
4. Press the power key to enter the sub menu 
5. Press Vol down to highlight "yes" .
6. Press the power key to enter the sub menu.
